The ‘Journey Through Multicultural Britain’ display aims to highlight the contribution of individuals from ethnic minority backgrounds to British society, the history of UK immigration and emigration, the experience of various ethnic groups in Britain today, including information on racism and discrimination.

The display includes laminated images, posters, texts, menus, a washing line immigration time line, and music.  It is designed to be interactive so participants learn by finding information as they walk around the display.  A one-hour workshop outline is provided with the display.
