A curriculum-based school link with another school in the UK or a school in the global South (Africa, Asia or Latin America) can provide an effective vehicle for developing multicultural and global perspectives. 

This guidance serves to raise some issues for Cumbrian schools embarking upon, or already engaged in, a link with a school.
